Heartline
Heartline is a one-button defence game by gamebytes. Between waves you place defences, and during a wave you have exactly one action available - which is what you will be doing is entirely up to how you set things up.
Build a wall to absorb the initial hit, place a gun to shoot what gets through, and use the pause windows between waves to adjust. The tension is in the preparation: a wall placed in the wrong spot is a wall that is not there when the wave arrives. A full audio track of spoken briefings and effects ships with the game, and it runs full screen.
How to Play
- Place walls and guns during the pause between waves.
- Click to use your single action when the wave starts.
- Stop the enemies before they reach your core.
- Survive as many waves as you can.
Controls
- Mouse - place defences and trigger your action
- Space - start
- F - full screen
Tips
The wall is more valuable than the gun. Enemies that never reach your guns are enemies you never have to out-shoot, and one well-placed wall buys the time two guns would have needed.
